Available housings

 

Information to You that makes interest on the available apartments:

• The occupancy date is the date that the apartment is available from.
   
• If You are an exchange student without housing by LTU please send Your letter of acceptance from LTU to us when accepting an offer.
   
• To be able to sign a contract, you must be a student or be able to show that you have applied for education. This is checked before the contract is signed. If you are applying for an apartment with a contract start date of July 1 or August 1, you do not need to sign the contract until after the admission notice, no later than July 11.

NOTE! The planning can be different from apartment to apartment due to the placement in the house, we recommend that You always go and see the offered housing.

Studentbostäder i Norden AB has the following requirements to be able to rent a student housing from them: 

 

You're going to:
• Be a full-time student during your stay, i.e. studies comprising at least 30 credits per
semester of which you must pass at least 15 credits per semester, at university,
college or equivalent. You also have the right to apply for 2 semesters of study leave
by emailing info@sbsstudent.se. After the end of your studies, you either need to
continue with your 30 credits or terminate your housing contract.

 

If you have applied for an education that meets these requirements, but not yet started the studies, you can still apply for our avalaible housing already. As long as you can show that you have applied for an education starting autumn 2025.
